Outstanding and overall clean place with helpful staff. I was offered a savoury breakfast at 9.20am. Central location, at walking distance from Pc Arena. It was across the modern area.
Facilities were great, nevertheless Wi-Fi was awful.

My stay was good, I loved that it was impeccably clean throughout, with particularly nice views and decent lovation adjacent to the shops and restaurants, Southampton town centre and shopping center. A continental breakfast was excellent, included good dishes.

The staff were eager to help and breakfast was gorgeous. The bedroom was comfortable, liked it. Competence of hotel staff. Had excellent drinks in the downstairs bar in the evening. Moreover, we parked our car on-site. Strategic location, Southampton airport was 0.5 km away.

It was a nice stay & location was absolutely perfect. Our room was amazing and warm. English breakfast food was fab! Absolutely fantastic hotel located short walk to a police station and Southampton town centre and shopping center and westquay.
A little tired bathroom, Wi-Fi was awful, a little disappointed.

Adjacent to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Provided us with meats and pastries in the morning. We were offered double room with a sofa bed, satellite television and ironing facilities which were very good. Moreover, free Wi-Fi is available. This hotel is equal to 4 stars.

Location of the property was near to the central station. It was very convenient to stay within 15 minutes' walk from mayflower theatre.
